Refund Policy

If a ReadyCSV paid tier (Pro Founder or Agency Founder) does not work as described, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Email readycsvapp@gmail.com with your order confirmation or receipt, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Paddle.com, as our Merchant of Record, processes the underlying payment and refund transaction for all paid orders. Once a refund is approved, Paddle issues it to your original payment method according to its own processing timelines. See paddle.com/legal for Paddle's buyer terms.

ReadyCSV paid tiers unlock access to digital software features immediately upon purchase. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, by requesting immediate access you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law. This does not affect the 30-day refund window described above, or any other mandatory right you may have under the law of your country of residence.
