Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReadyCSV ("ReadyCSV", "we", "us"), a browser-only CSV preflight and repair tool operated by Artem Trofymenko, a sole proprietor (Ukrainian FOP) registered in Ukraine. By loading ReadyCSV in your browser or purchasing a paid tier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReadyCSV.

ReadyCSV is local software that runs in your browser tab. It parses, previews, analyzes, edits, and exports CSV files entirely in browser memory. ReadyCSV does not upload your CSV files to a server, does not require an account to use the Free Local tier, and does not process your file contents with AI.

ReadyCSV is a preflight and repair tool, not an embedded importer. It does not connect to HubSpot, Shopify, or any other destination system, and it does not create or modify records in those systems.

ReadyCSV is offered as Free Local ($0), Pro Founder (one-time), and Agency Founder (annual). Paid tiers grant a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReadyCSV's paid features for the stated license period, described in more detail on our Pricing page. Agency Founder permits internal use by consultants, freelancers, and agencies for paid client CSV import-preparation work; it does not grant any right to resell, sublicense, or rebrand ReadyCSV itself.

When paid checkout is live, all orders for ReadyCSV are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the authorized reseller and handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and related customer service for your order. Paddle's own terms (paddle.com/legal) apply to the purchase transaction alongside these Terms.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing any CSV file, cleaned export, Issue Report, and local project file before you rely on it, share it, or use it for an import. You are responsible for your destination platform's import settings and requirements. ReadyCSV does not guarantee import success and is not a substitute for reviewing your own data.

ReadyCSV does not provide manual cleanup, live review, screen-sharing review, or any service that involves us receiving, accessing, or processing your files. If you use ReadyCSV for client work, you - not ReadyCSV - remain responsible for that client relationship and its outcome.

ReadyCSV, its code, design, and rule packs are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the license described in Section 3. You retain all rights to your own CSV data, which never leaves your browser.

ReadyCSV's checks and rule packs are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional data-migration advice. ReadyCSV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot, Shopify, or any other platform named in the product; those names are used only to identify import destinations.

ReadyCSV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or failed imports arising from use of ReadyCSV. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ReadyCSV after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
